All done while I was there, conclusion was my bike wasn’t that bad and just needed some TLC. Booked the bike in for a service, a few things replace and others tweaked by I believe Annie, the bike rides like brand new and didn’t cost anywhere near the price of a new bike! Wish I had taken before and after photos.”

But I would like to mention one member of staff particularly . Dave , the duty manager was an absolute gem in helping me choose the correct items ( which wasn't an easy task ) . I had to return within the hour , realising that the given screws were too long to use . Dave then took it upon himself to take a hacksaw and saw the screws to the correct length . Thank you so much . I will definitely always use this store and can recommend it .”

“Originally went in to arrange a stereo install as my last stereo had issues in this car no matter the fix i tried. I was contacted when the additional parts had arrived and was told I could leave them with the store for the fitting day. On the day of install all was good until an issue arose with the parts for my install causing multiple stalls. While the install couldn't go ahead for the stereo because of the parts issue the engineer did talk me through and show me all of the things that were causing issues (which i can and have fixed myself at home). As I'd had wiring issues previously for stereos in this car i asked if the new unit could be fully tested just to check on wiring and that all worked fine. After all was said and done and cleared up, I went to ask the engineer how much I owed as the booking was still taken and I was still assisted. Surprisingly I was told there was no charge because the install hadn't happened. From the beginning to end the communication and service provided was superb and I will be keeping this store in mind for future use.”

I've found screw fix good on price but not the lowest, however the little extra is more than worth it for the advice, easy returns, stock carried and it's always better to support a local store when possible. “I came across the store from Facebook and went for a visit as our sofas needed replacing. The staff are really friendly and helpful but leave you to browse around in your own time. Having placed the order you are kept informed all the way. Delivery arrived today and the guys were excellent. Unpacked and took the packaging away. Fitted the sofas together so carefully and gave a demonstration. I ordered 2 x 3 seater Shelby range. Beautiful colour and look amazing. I will highly recommend them and will go back in the future.”

Jake, the member of staff who did this was absolutely brilliant, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough.He checked my oil, topped up the windscreen wash and checked my tyre tread and pressures.
