The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and honest and, because of this positive experience last year, we returned yesterday as we needed a new dishwasher. Again, Jonathan and his lovely Mum were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and our new dishwasher was delivered and fitted the same day and the old one taken away... brilliant!
