“We are so pleased that we found this excellent traditional family store last year when we were looking to replace our vacuum cleaner and had no idea what to buy. The staff are friendly, welcoming, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and honest and, because of this positive experience last year, we returned yesterday as we needed a new dishwasher. Again, Jonathan and his lovely Mum were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and our new dishwasher was delivered and fitted the same day and the old one taken away... brilliant! We would not hesitate in recommending this store to anyone looking to purchase anything electrical at very competitive prices. Thankyou.”

“Ian is absolutely brilliant! My laptop suddenly ran into a "blue screen of death issue" and after spending 3 hours trying to fix it myself I knew I couldn't. I did a Google quick search and found Ian. I texted him and he responded really promptly. He kindly collected my laptop on his way home from work and asked me what was going on. I explained my problem and told him that I was desperate for the repair ASAP as I am self employed and need my laptop for work. Ian took it away and 4.5hrs later it was fixed, and once again he kindly dropped it off for me at home. Ian went absolutely above and beyond. My laptop is fixed and running brilliantly and the cost was very very reasonable. I'm glad that I've found Ian I have absolutely no hesitating in recommending him.”
