“I went to have new headlamp bulbs fitted and was given a free health check on my car. Jake, the member of staff who did this was absolutely brilliant, so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough.He checked my oil, topped up the windscreen wash and checked my tyre tread and pressures. Also, having the bulbs fitted was alot cheaper than I thought! Great service ,very highly recommended. Thankyou.”

“The main supermarket is very good. Loads of parking. Very well stocked, produce is fresh. Plenty of pleasant helpful staff around to help. It is my local store and is well serviced by public transport. Access friendly with house wheelchairs available if required. Children's trolleys to help teach toddlers about shopping(!). All facilities available, Timpsons, café, lottery on the tobacco stall (though can be a busy checkout on lottery days with only 1 assistant. Clean and tidy.”

“One of our favourite places to shop as it has a wealth of large and smaller shops. Plenty of free parking and a bus terminus. Look out for all the various dining places outside as there are plenty to choose from. On two floors with an escalator in the middle with lifts next to it.”

“Great little Aladdin's Cave style music shop, great selection of instruments and amps downstairs. Upstairs large selection of vinyl and some CDs. Could have spent hours looking through them all, generally well organised, good selection of reasonably priced new and used vinyl and some rarer items with higher but competitive price tags. Held back and just bought one Queen and Adam Lambert EP this time but will be back.”

She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance. She allowed me to sample all the perfumes I was interested in, and gave me suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful!”

“I use this one 2-3 times per week for basics. Good selection. Occasionally an item with little choice, eg Cuppa soups (not that I have them often) they have just two flavours. Generally, good all rounder for food.”

If they don't know, they won't blag it and make things up, unlike other companies. they will find things out. They don't try and sell you the most expensive products. They find what's right for your needs. If they don't sell the products you want, they message their buying team and can get you most things. They also price match and give you the best deals around. Pete was amazing and went out of his way to help. He looked at a few products for me and compared them and got the best prices round. Top bloke.”
