“I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I would like to share my experience as I am amazed by the customer service and product I have purchased from them. The corner sofa is comfortable and very well looking in our living room. The salesperson was very helpful and patient. The waiting delivery time was not too long and arrived even early than expected. From the beginning till the end, everything was fine. They came on the agreed time, set up our sofa and cleaned after themselves. I definitely will recommend them and will purchase from them again!”

“Came in today to look at buying a mattress, had a lovely warm welcome from Brad who asked about our needs. He recommended trying the sleep station and guided us through it. Explained everything to us and found us the perfect mattress and also perfect pillars too. Brad was Helpful and professional and even offered us a hot drink. “As a joiner I know what’s good and what isn’t and the quality of the doors, plynth and end panels is right up there. The care in the plynth being edged, the bevel on the shaker doors and the knowledge of there product they had for any inquiries I had ticked all the boxes. Very happy, Sophie was very helpful throughout the purchase and I’ll be using kitchen craft in future projects.”

“I had a great experience at the Royal Victoria, so far the best (chain) hotel I've stayed at in Sheffield. The staff were professional and friendly, and whilst the lobby are and hallways are showing their age a little, the room was absolutely lovely. It was well-equipped and modern, as well as light and airy (we had a corner room). One note: it is located on top of a very busy road, and though the windows are quite good at blocking the noise, if you're a light sleeper then perhaps bring earplugs to be on the safe side. I had some with me but forgot to put them in and still slept great. The advantage is that you're within 15mins walk of the train station, and the same distance from Kelham Island and the city centre!”

“From our first visit to the showroom in Barnsley, to the super efficient delivery by James and Rob, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. “This was a recommendation from a friend and it was worth the hour and a half drive! The story I was told was that the chef was a Michelin star chef working in London, who was sick of the rat race and relocated to Matlock in Derbyshire. My partner and I opted for the 7 course taster menu and what a sensation that was. EVERY dish was an explosion in the mouth of complimentary flavours and textures. With the appetisers, the sour dough bread and the mous bouches , it turned out to be almost 10 courses. Just look at the photos! Unbelievable! The location is beautiful too. The outside terrace overlooks the river and the sounds of the water creates at truly romantic setting. The staff were excellent too and I’m surprised that Stones doesn’t already have a Michelin star! Out of this world and I would recommend everyone that likes food to try it! @ £80 per person, it is an absolute bargain. For food like this you would pay double that in London!”

“Danny and his team replaced our main bathroom and en-suite bathroom and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From having the team come out to measure up to the store visit to choose the fittings and then the final installation we had an excellent experience. The products are all of high quality and the finish is fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship that we asked them to also replace our downstairs toilet room and again have been left with a beautiful modern room which they helped us design to get the maximum storage out of the space. We have had excellent aftercare service as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new kitchen or bathroom.”

“I found The Little Kitchen Factory while browsing for local independent kitchen suppliers. I subsequently found out that most find them by word of mouth recommended. We are so pleased that we used this lovely little business, they more than met our initial vision and far surpassed our expectations on delivery and completion. We had looked at Howdens, Wren and other independents however none came close to what The Little Kitchen Factory offered and delivered. The transformation from our previous small dingy kitchen and dining room to the bright, light, well appointed space is remarkable. All this is down to this local business where passion and customer care are not just strap lines on a flashy advertisement. Under Paul the director, who truly takes time to address any unexpected issues, there is a talented team who all in turn apply their skills and knowledge to produce a top class product. John in sales is fantastic, patiently listens to the customer’s idea, to then guide them through a far better solution! No pressure, just years of understanding his trade and knowledge, with a keen eye to envisage the very best options for a limited space. The fitting team were brilliant, Daz and Harry undertook the bulk of the work. Daz was extremely helpful and his attention to detail ensures a very high quality finish. Thank you so much for the care you took and the extras you kind carried out. I cannot find fault with this business, this post does not come near explaining the customer care delivered. Make them a top priority to visit as you start your new kitchen search. You will not be disappointed.
