“We had just a one night stay, but it was perfect for what we wanted, room was clean, cosy and warm, slept really well, we had a twin room breakfast included, what a bargain for a Thursday night, a lovely bar very nice breakfast, would definitely stay again.”

“We have spent the afternoon here having drinks and talks with old friends. A nice place with two rooms, one with a large screen and dance floor. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. We had a beautiful hot and cold buffet with plenty of choice. Toilets are clean and accessible. It was a bit tricky parking and crossing over the road as the pub is situated on a very busy blind corner so take care if you've had a few pints.”

“Great Sunday dinner, although gutted mash isn’t on a main lunch, this definitely needs to be added. Fab kids meals, and lovely service. Special thanks to Debbie who helped us through ordering as my son has a peanut allergy. She was great with him and knew just what say to an anxious 11 y/o. Will definitely be back.”

“I drive 30+ miles to Doncaster for this Chinese, it is by far the best Chinese I’ve ever had. I’ve tried the kung po chicken, hot and sour soup, ribs, chicken fried rice, and the satay chicken. The meal for reference was only half the dish.The flavours and freshens is ahead of everywhere else by far.”

“We have had a few carverys here and the food is excellent.we also had our wedding reception here on 29th july ('23) it was perfect, Karen (landlady) pulled out all the stops and made our day perfect.Although we did our own food, The room looked amazing. The bar staff were so lovely and friendly and the DJ was brilliant anything that was requested he played as well as his own choice of music, excellent. I would highly recommend this venue for any celebration, Karen makes everyone feel special.fantastic place, amazing staff, wonderful Landlady, thankyou all so much. We.ll be back for lunch!”

“Called in for lunch after a trip to Crystal Peaks. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious, I had mutton curry with rice and beans. Portions were really good - I ordered a medium and still finished up taking some home in a takeout box. Will be going back!”

“Been going in the Noah’s just over 50yrs . I can say Sharon is great and Clair is a fantastic bar-maid. The atmosphere is better than its ever been and the beer’s are looked after very well.”

“We booked a room at The Riverside for an 18th birthday party. Communication from the start was great. Rooms to hire are lovely and all the staff at the Riverside are very polite and welcoming. Extra special thanks to the two young bar staff last night at our party, nothing was too much trouble for them, very friendly and polite :-) would definitely recommend Riverside for venue hire and would happily use again in the future.”
