“Just returned from a holiday to Torquay had a lovely 5 days at the Devonshire Hotel .The staff are really friendly with nothing too much trouble, the room was comfortable, clean and warm, and plenty of choice on the menu and the meals are all self service which I prefer. Although the hotel is on a hill the bus stops are right outside the hotel door and across the road .We had Barry excellent driver and a lovely man.”

“First time away with K M Travel and I can not complain, I had a great time. The service they gave was great. Pick up from your door at home to the coach, no messing around ordering a taxi or arranging a lift. On time, no waiting around thinking they’ve forgotten you. Straight to coach, all on and off. Monday to Friday, two day trips on Tuesday and Wednesday, plus a ride through the illuminations. It’s up to you if you want to go on the days out, no pressure. Return home, off coach to mini bus and right back at your door. Bargain price for hotel, breakfast and evening meal (food is great too), lovely hotel, great evening entertainment and staff friendly and good service. So thanks for making it a great holiday. And a big thanks to all the drivers”

“First time booking with Hays, and it was an excellent experience. I had a few questions about the holiday, so I called Hays and spoke to Nadine, she was very helpful and answered everything. Although I hadn’t booked, I also had a call from Cheryl to make sure everything was ok, I told her I was going to book soon. After booking, so things on the website weren’t clear, so I called into the Meadowhall Branch and I spoke to Sara, who helped with my questions about the flight, and what I needed to do about the flights and check-in. I did raise the confusion about the flights, as it doesn’t tell you on the Hays App, that you then need to go to the TUI App ( or Jet2 ) to get all the flight details, so you can check-in. Hopefully, they will now put this information on the Hays App, as I’m sure other people have the same issues. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been fantastic and really friendly and helpful, so I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.”

We didn't know the island but knew what we wanted with accommodation.
