After assessing the tyre and knowing my MOT was due later that week. After looking around well known garages. QTS gave me the best price. Tyres were ordered and fitted 2 days later. Fantastic service. Will definitley get tyres from here again in the future and if anyone I know needs a tyre.”

“I visited today to collect a number plate which I had ordered online. A very polite young man made up the plate for me. He was very efficient and capable, unfortunately I did not get his name. While I was being dealt with a young lady named Melanie was dealing with an elderly gentleman who needed a refund. She received some loud comments from a woman in the queue who took exception to Melanie asking the gentleman the necessary questions required for a refund. The woman said she would complain. I found it uncomfortable for Melanie who was doing her job and embarrassing for the elderly gentleman who asked for a refund. Melanie behaved impeccably and professionally and dealt with the situation very well. I returned later as agreed to have the plate fitted. It was Melanie who fitted the plate and she did it perfectly and was very efficient and capable. My experience in store today was very pleasant because of Melanie and the young man who made my plate.”

“Ive recently bought and exhaust from delkevic and through my own fault i have ordered a part that was a wrong fit and in the end i needed a part making thinking this couldnt or wouldnt happen i can glady say i was wrong i was dealing with a guy named joe who not only helped me get the part i needed but also had another man named tony help make the part. Dropped off Motorhome at 08.30 and received a phone call to say no problems with MoT at 09.45. Cannot praise them too highly and will certainly return next year.”

After a diagnosis, they kept the vehicle over the weekend and to pick it on Monday. Due to their true diligence, they cut the repair price to half and I am grateful for the boys repairing the vehicle. Halfords is worth every penny for vehicle checks.”

Once you get in turnaround is quick, but don't expect this to be tomorrow. They know what they are doing too, and have fulfilled both simple (punctures) and complex) replacement steering rack) efficiently and cost effectively. Glad I live so close.
