“I was recently involved in a non fault accident. Luckily the person responsible admitted to what they done. Their insurer tasked KC Autos with repairing the damage. The boot lid was dented just under the reg plate. In less than a week the damage was repaired and if you didn't know what happened to it then you wouldn't even know. The work done is excellent and done to a very high standard. Each member of staff I've spoken to on the phone and the person who collected my car to complete the work have all been very friendly and knowledgeable. I was updated at every stage of the process. If it wasn't for the accident then I wouldn't have come across KC Autos but I'll definitely be considering them first should I ever need work doing to my car. Highly recommend this company. Thank you to all involved in repairing my car. You definitely deserve more than 5 stars because you've worked some magic to get my car back to the pre accident state. I sought the help of Jack and his colleagues at M&M who happened to be Mazda approved. They were able to give me a quote free of charge and carry out the necessary work for half the price I was quoted at Holdcroft. They did an outstanding job in less than the estimated time!”
