“Purchased a milltek exhaust via the tegiwa website. I also opted for installation , I got a call a couple of days later from tegiwa giving me the date and details of the garage all excellent and efficient. On the day of the installation the garage noticed a damaged component and an incorrect component also the garage suggested I needed a valve delete kit. This problem was caused by the manufacturers warehouse fancy having a fantastic product then allowing your warehouse operations to ruin the experience. Anyway tegiwa were amazing they sent a chap to visit milltek and collect all the parts I needed this was a two hour round trip . Thank you for saving the day Tegiwa and fiesta man :-)”

No stuffy mechanics muttering at you and talking to your like your a fool. Just great service. One year I even opted for a gold service and they downgraded it to a silver as I didn’t need the extra which saved me money. I’ve never known any other garage be so honest. It probably costs a little more than other garages but to be honest for the peace of mind it’s an extra I don’t mind paying.”

This was apparently a problem many other owners had with this car and struggled to solve. It took them three goes to finally stop the leak(s) and we had to essentially force them to charge us. They eventually took part payment in mince pies. A good humoured, competent group who always get the job done.”

Not only were they worn, but the brake sensors were also bad. Alex fixed both very quickly on the same day which was really great. The cherry on the cake for me was the fact I could get an MOT booked for the next day as well! Took about an hour for the MOT to be done. Great service. Great price. No surprise "extra costs". This is now my one stop garage and will recommend them all day. In Alex's words "just come in and we'll get you sorted". I was shaken up, trying to organise things with the car, insurance and getting home. He was patient, gave me advice & was in no hurry, despite it being 7pm on a Friday. After clearing out my car (write off!) he came to tell me he had booked me into a hotel right opposite the train station - which was so lovely. I ended up getting the train straight home as I was so shaken up. He dropped me at the train station enroute home. It really meant a lot to me. I'm really grateful.”
