After reading up on their website, it was clear that this performance upgrade would improve my Mini and also give it an extra bhp boost. It was well worth my 2 hour drive over to Lohen and the cost to get it done, as I am now very happy with the results. I look forward to driving my Mini even more now! The staff were very pleasant and also gave me a tour of the premises whilst my car was getting the upgrade which is not something you typically expect to see, plus the waiting room facilities were excellent. I am now also keen to bring my Mini back to Lohen for my routine mots and servicing each year.”

I had an oil leak that was costly but they are the only people to discover this as going through records its clear there was a leak no one found, they just topped up the oil. They sorted my service, the leak and clutch. I had a courtesy car and while I could pay this repair, the option to use pay assist is available which i do often need. Good service plans are available too. The office is welcoming with drinks and activities for the kids. Charlotte and the team are polite, trustworthy and really know their business well. I highly recommend this garage especially if you have had bad experiences before. 10 out of 10!”

She quickly changed the address to ensure my items go to the right place. I then as you do started to get carried away and wanted more products from their range. One of them was an item that I wasn't too sure on fitting my truck. I called customer service for some advice and again got Abbey, I found her so friendly, knowledgeable and frankly a credit to this company. I emailed the info Abbey requested and had a response stating Abbey was on annual leave. Someone else picked up the email, responded quickly with options and solutions. Im expecting my items to arrive today but I know it'll all be perfectly and I find myself so happy with the customer service that I don't even need to see my items before I give a massive credit to this company.
