“My dog stayed for a week at Chetwynd Firs, I feel he has received amazing care, I noticed his treats had been given to him and he seems in good health which indicates to me he's been treated well. The photos and updates are very reassuring, this is only if you pay for play sessions but you can call for updates. The staff were ever so kind, I trusted them and I feel they met my expectations. Thank you so much, I highly recommend and I'll be using you guys again in the future.”

“I would highly recommend this cattery. We had already booked a different cattery for our 2 cats, Holly and Larry, 10 days before we were due to go on holiday, Holly fractured her pelvis and we needed to find another cattery who could accommodate her needs and this place did that. Andrea was wonderful, and we felt fully confident leaving both our cats. Holly needed cage rest and medication throughout the day. We were in constant communication for updates, Andrea and family was responsive and we felt nothing was too much trouble. Pictures were sent to us and both cats were relaxed. We will use this place again in the future if needed. Thank you Andrea.”

“Always very good,so convenient and the girls are so friendly.They've built some new chalets for the cats and they look good,clean and modern.Some dogs nearby may be a problem but they soon settle down.Drop off and pickup anytime is really useful and quick.The Fairfield is on a very busy road so be careful leaving the premises.Wouldnt go anywhere else !”

“A beautiful place to temporarily "home" your dog. He/she will be well looked after, loved and cared for as my best friend was. In other words totally pampered. You will have nothing to worry or fret about while you are parted from your friend. It is a professionally run business run by normal people who care. “Our dog is always happy and lively when we collect him. He has also obviously bonded with the staff member that we have dealt with that has looked after him. We viewed the kennels and they seem very good. Each kennel has an outside area that they can use at any time. They have a very large grass exercise area. I feel very confident leaving our dog there.”
