“Called up in the morning to double check they had an item in stock as I was about 70 miles away. Lady who picked up the phone was professional and courteous. She confirmed the item was in stock so I made my way. Once I was there, again everybody really professional, the lady who served me answered any questions I had and allowed me to take a look at the staple gun and recommended me a couple types of staples for it.”
