Laura in the showroom was excellent, she helped me to pick out new appliances ,taps, knobs ,flooring etc., Rob had the patience of "Jobe" with me, helping me with the changes Rob promised me a Rolls Royce kitchen, which I have now got ,although a little more expensive than I originally planned-I am delighted with it and have no regrets. I went for Allstree Luna units with Macubus quartz worktops and full splashbacks, they look amazing, together with black appliances white sink.. I thought that at 80years old we would not be able to cope with modern appliances but, they are real easy to understand. Thank you Kitchen Direct for your patience, great work. “At around 2 months of age, I noticed that my baby boy was developing a flat spot due to the fact that he was a great sleeper. After spending hours online researching plagiocephaly, I came across numerous solutions which included the Sleepcurve mattress and numerous pillows. I decided to opt for the cheaper option: the Mimos pillow. After using aforementioned pillow for 8 weeks, I could see his head was actually getting worse, and he had developed torticulus as a result. This led me back to my internet research and I discovered that cranial oestopathy, though expensive, could possibly help. I was lucky enough to find Philip Owen's (the Sleepcurve man!) practice and made an appointment to see him. This was the best decision I have made so far as a parent. After my first appointment, George had so much more movement in his neck and was, finally, sleeping on his left! I immediately bought a Sleepcurve mattress and one for his activity gym. This was the second best decision I have made as a parent! It was easy to trim the cot mattress down with a pair of scissors so that it fit my Chicco crib and once in place, George loved it- he could move his head freely which alleviated his torticulus and started to recify his plagiocephaly, and he slept soundly- 12 hours nearly every night! After 4 weeks or so of using the Sleepcurve, his head is starting to round and I am elated. Do not hesitate if you are in the same position as me- buy a Sleepcurve immediately and if you are lucky enough to live in the North west go and see Philip at the Oak Hall clinic. Both George and I can now sleep soundly in the knowledge that we are treating both his torticulus and plagiocephaly in the best way possible. Thanks, Philip- you really have made a massive impact in our lives.”
