“Nice collection of butchers selling good looking meat. Also greengrocers, deli, clothes, shoes, bags etc. Medium sized indoor market. Well worth a look.”
“Brilliant choice of wines and staff very professional and friendly”
“This is the only supermarket within 8 miles, so definitely a 5*. There is a large selection from fresh veg to homeware, deli, fresh bakery and a decent “free from” section. It’s not the cheapest but there can be some really good special offers if you look around. One other thing I like is that they stock local producers foods, like the range of Pimhill oats and the handmade cakes. The staff I’ve met are all very friendly and happy to help. With the co-op you would never have to leave Wem. However, when I do my big shops I will go into the big town.”
“Great little corner shop with all necessities available along with many Co-op fairtrade products.”
“Perfect! Always got everything i need. Staff are great!”
“I visited Tesco on Hibel Road today and I was fortunate enough to have been helped by a lovely woman named Ali. She was so helpful and kind. The Moneygram service is really difficult to deal with but she persisted until it worked. It was the kind of customer service we all wish for but rately get. That lovely lady deserves a raise & a holiday hahaha. Thank you Ali❤️”
“Convenient without having to pay more than supermarket prices. Plenty of parking apart from school pick up times. Could do with a few more essential products but it's limited because of the size. Friendly staff.”
“staff great friendly happy to help post office staff very knowledgeable will go back again”
“My day has been eventful to say the least, Time was running out to collect my order so I called the Longton tesco extra letting them know I was delayed. Upon arrival the click and collect system was being a bit intermittent. I went inside and a young lady named Nicole came to my rescue, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me back on track. Nicole had to go into the store to replace shower gel that had burst in the collection baskets. She was very polite, and well mannered as well as having very good confidence with her customer relations service. I don't know what tesco do with their staff appraisals but she needs an employee of the month award. Thank you Nicole.....”
“Very helpful and polite staff here. And it's bargain booze, so prices are good. Excellent.”
“There were plenty of parking spaces available when I arrived. Although I ensured I had a pound coin, the trolleys were free and plentiful. I only required a few items, and found what I needed instantly. The store appeared to be clean, tidy and well laid out. The staff member on the till was friendly and gave service with a smile.”
“New management alot more variety of stock , gradually looking like it's getting more foot traffic again which is a good sign .”
“Great shop, friendly customer service, you can find most things cheaper here than the other supermarket”
“I started to use this Co op store regularly now on my way to and from work. It’s a really nice Co op and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. I popped in on Saturday and a young man on the checkout was so helpful and kind all with a lovely smile his name was Shaun. Keep up the great work. Well done ✅. Yet another impressive visit. Josh incredible helpful. I needed goats milk. He directed me straight to it and even jumped on to a checked to get the queue down afterwards. Thank you Josh and Sophia Well done and keep up the great work”
“Has most of what's needed. As with many Sainsburys the Holmes Chapel staff are really very helpful, including Jamie. A truly pleasant and cool individual that kindly told me that we're in a pandemic and they didn't accept cash for the items I wanted. I pointed out that the till sign said 'card whenever possible'. He started dancing. Great. I joined in.”
“Lovely kids meal deal £4 . A snack , a main , a fruit and a drink”
“Always a positive experience. Friendly, helpful staff.”
“Great little shop and very convenient hrs and selection for local residents”
“Just great. A compact version of the big stores, with most of their product lines, but no petrol station. Nice sized car park.”
“Good prices as expected,if you need coils or even a vaping starter kit they have it.”
“For Jane in the Market Drayton store, l wish to express my gratitude to your kindness, understanding of my predicament on the particular day l was in store. You helped me without hesitation, l thankyou so much, would not have survived that day without you.”
“Please staff and clean shop plus it has a post office which is very useful.”
“Staff are very friendly. Not always the best selection of produce but so convenient and easy to park.”
“Cracking Coop this and local for us as it's on the main road (A534) back into Sandbach where we live. Also cracking for the M6 as an alternative to the M6 Sandbach Services (North & South) as on the same site there's a Greggs and a Costa Express machine in-store too. The "Billy Bonus" is on a Sunday (as when I 'popped-in' today) it has extended opening hours. Mine was a "distress purchase" as I needed batteries for my TV controllers !!! Well-stocked, well run and pleasant staff which is what we've come to expect and get from this and our other 2 local Coops in Sandbach.”
