“I took my two Grandchildren to their swimming lessons, as their Mum and Dad were away for the weekend. My impression was that M club is an excellent venue. The staff are friendly and helpful and the whole building is immaculate. Although I was not actually using any facilities, as far as I could see the range of gym equipment was massive and the pools were beautifully clean. There is a very large free car park and a cafe inside.”

“A great shop with a top selection of quality frames staffed by an exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team with a positive attitude towards making sure everything is right and you're happy with your purchase. My eyes had changed substantially since my last test so it took a couple of goes to get the new lenses right but nothing was too much trouble. It's not a cheap place but you get what you pay for in quality and service.”

As with many people suffering physical and mental health disabilities my application for PIP was turned down and the mandatory reconsideration agreed with the original decision maker. My friends, family and colleagues suggested taking my claim to tribunal and when I received the 'bundle' of over 200 pages and lots of legal jargon in an intimidating cover letter, I knew I needed help. This bundle arrived with just under a month until the tribunal hearing. I had been advised to contact Disability Solutions by a therapist I am working with. It was the best advice I received! David was quick in responding to my initial enquiry and all subsequent emails with additions to my 'bundle'. Alice was a fantastic specialist who examined the legal aspects of my appeal paperwork and wrote some notes on things I could raise or questions I might need to answer. Although Alice was unable to attend with me due to a prior booking, her words and a detailed discussion with her helped greatly. I succeeded thanks to their help to meet the criteria for PIP daily living. “First time we have been, looks lovely as we had a look round, they do lots of classes but unfortunately for me the ones I would like to do are in the day and I work. We went aqua fit and we really enjoyed it and are going again if we can get in as we would like to go on a weekly basis, but the booking system as changed more as an advantage for the membership customers, but for us membership would cost more as there are no other classes that I would be able to do in the evening as previously mentioned.”

When you call up or visit the ladies can’t do enough for you. Our dentist Marta (and the other lady who is always there too, sorry I don’t know her name!) is incredible, very friendly and has awesome crocs on her feet every time we visit. I feel super lucky that we have such a wonderful dentist. Highly recommend.”
