Facilities are fantastic and Heather and Steve always make you feel welcome and part of the Middleton Family. Friendly yet highly professional at all times. Our youngest girl Eloise (aged 10) loves the place and would no doubt sleep in one of the stables if she could! After trying other riding schools and getting nowhere, Heather & Steve have brought out the confidence in Eloise and she’s now a regular face there and enjoying every minute. “My daughter has been coming to Hannah for swimming for about a year now. When she first started she was unsure but Hannah and her staff were extremely reassuring and helped my daughter to settle. Since then she has come on leaps and bounds. She loves her swimming lessons and is now a confident swimmer without armbands and floats. All the staff are very patient and clearly care about the swimmers in their care. The extra mermaid classes in the school holidays are great fun. Excellent communication and clearly expectations in terms of payment of fees and holding of places. Definitely recommend.”

“I have visited The Regent many times over the last 20 years but today was my first visit since needing to use a wheelchair. I was apprehensive about what to expect. I booked my tickets using the access phoneline; they were extremely helpful in setting up my access account. I read the online access information for the venue; the guide was very thorough. The pavements around are smooth, the staff were fantastic, help with the platform lift was seemless and made me feel like I was not a burden or inconvenience, the use of the lift to get to the circle was fine (although signs in the lift itself would be helpful as the signs are all at usual head height and the venue was busy so people blocked my sightlines), the access seating was great. Exit was super smooth too- again security staff made me feel safe and were great. What a fantastic way to treat people. Many thanks!”

“Apart from selling stationary (Yes! Ryman sell stationary, unheard of right!!) this Ryman has a Western Union Counter. Unlike some of the smaller shops who just tell you theirs is broken or they don't have any money, this WU works! This review will be focusing on my experience in this store with WU. The staff knew what they were doing (which is more than the other shops I tried) and the whole process of receiving funds was simple. Staff were polite and the store was very clean and tidy too. There were a few folk loitering about near the enterence awaiting their vice but the store can't help this. I would recommend Ryman as a Western Union store and the sheer range of stationary available is mind blowing. Who knew you need more than a pen, pencil and ruler!”

“I have used this pre-school setting for two of my children now each child will have done two years each, it is run to a high professional standard, with an open door policy, if I’ve had any issues they’re fast to act upon it. Both my girls have been happy to attend here, and have formed great relationships with the staff along the years, they are happy and thriving in their education for their age and it is due to the great support they've received from Elaine and the rest of the staff from an early age. My youngest is due to start in September too, he has SEN and they’ve offered extra settling in sessions and are more than happy to accommodate his needs. A very supportive setting to us as a whole family not just the children they care for.”
