“Went into the store today to buy a new phone on recommendation. As lovely as Toni-Louise and Katie both Managers were, I didn't purchase the phone, as they were unsure how to transfer the data from my existing phone to the new one. They instilled confidence in me and made me feel valued even though I didn't buy anything. They were a delight and so friendly. I had been treated appallingly at another phone shop earlier in the morning and was left very upset. I left their store a lot happier.”

“Maket Drayton's best kept secret. What a great surprise and excellent experience. This is one if those hidden gems of a shop. I can't find fault with anything. There is parking directly outside. Shop access is simple and perfect if even have mobility restraints. I'm sure a wheel chair or scooter will go straight in. The customer service (which seems to be the focus of the whole experience) was flawless. There must be 50 types of brands and models of hardware focused mainly on low wattage and flavour. The selection of juice, brands and flavours is totally mind blowing. Photos of the shop don't do justice to the vast selection. Although the shelves are overflowing with all of the fashionable fruity, sweet juice. There is also an abundance of rare subtle, less sweetend varieties. I came away with just what I've been craving (I will post another review when I've sample it) Thanks again for a great experience. I look forward to calling again soon. ***( Later that day. I use a MTL with RDTL caperbility. I cleaned a pod and put in a new .4ohm ohm coil. I tried this 1% Five Pawn. Black Flag, Risen Juice. I started at 20W and found that 26W with restricted airflow was the sweet spot to draw into the mouth and roll the flavour like a pipe or cigar. Or sit at 20W with zero restriction for an amazing DTL experience. This liquid is unique and full of so many subtle flavours. From plum , coffee to even fresh leather. Its Ilike trying to describe a pipe tobacco. There is even different notes if not inhaled compared to a fantastic exhale flavour and subtle after taste) if you're looking for a grown up flavour that is more like from a tobacconist than an ice cream parlour then this juice is top of the tree..”

“Where do we start, what an incredible team from start to finish, we had a lovely smooth process and they helped in every way they could, guided us, made sure everything exactly as we wanted, nothing was too big or small, they were phenomenal as a company, we really appreciate everything you guys have done for us, with having a toddler they made it so easy for us and the finish of the work was just incredible, everything we asked for and we have so many compliments, honestly if you want your kitchen doing and you don’t know who to choose these are your people, just a lovely bunch of people who actually care about you and your home and work with the budget you have and go through every last detail. “Went to Frey at Athame Piercings today for my nose pierced and to say I was feeling nervous is an understatement! But she was fantastic, chatty and informative…putting me completely at ease. Studio itself is not only ascetically pleasing but (most importantly) immaculate and sanitary. As for the piercing process, Frey was SO good…as my nerves were high she was quick but gentle and I can honestly say it was almost pain free - my eyes didn’t even water! I’m all set with a wealth of aftercare advice and now all’s left to do is wait patiently for 12 weeks or so until I’m back to swap for a hoop! Oh and resist any more piercings as I feel I’ve definitely got the bug!”

The shop itself is absolutely stunning, when you walk in and see the Victorian inspired decor and curiosities, you know you are in a creative space! I have been getting tattooed by Charlee over the last 6 years and always feel welcomed and looked after by her. She is professional, fun, and always enthusiastic about my ideas - which makes me feel really valued as a client. I love every piece I have had done and always look forward to the next! All the tattooists at the shop are friendly and approachable, there’s always a good atmosphere (and soundtrack!) and the hygiene levels and aftercare are excellent.”

We had a chat while he worked and he was very professional and polite - a lovely, friendly bloke.
