“In the past few months we have had a number of repairs and resize done. We also cleared out some scrap gold for which we were given a good price. Finally we have had a pair of rings made for our anniversary. What a wonderful experience. So glad I used a local independent Jeweler. The rings were exactly as discussed. Fitted perfectly first time and we also had them engraved. The engraving was traditional scribing done by hand not lazer etched. All of the Staff in the shop were friendly and knowledgeable. No pushy sales like in jewellery chains. We will certainly use them again.”

“Summary: PERFECT! Detail: Where does one start? The purchase process was perfect, Franklin knows his stuff and made the whole buying process perfect - assisting with any questions, especially around ground preparation etc. The delivery... well. Unfortunately Franklin had issues with his journey to our address which were resolved, just slightly delayed. However we didn't appreciate how big the hot tub was so it was never going to fit through our gate. Franklin didn't give up and with the help of some village folk we had the hot tub strapped to a farm vehicle and lifted it over the fence into the back garden. Franklin oversaw the whole operation. Once in the back garden the tub was up and running very quickly and between the 2 of them they had everything installed, demonstrated clearly and packaged up. The whole process and the hot tub is perfect. Many thanks Franklin and team”

“Next at Queens in Stafford is a shop for everyone. I am able bodied but have noticed the shop caters for people with all disabilities. There is a lift, an esculater, and a staircase. It's easy to navigate around the store and have personally found the staff very helpful and always approachable. There is plenty of parking and does have the added facility of a Costa where again the staff are very helpful so a win win all round.”

“We hired the boat "Molly May" through Waterways Holidays from Norbury Wharf.. We arrived and we met by friendly approachable staff. The Boat was ready to go and was spotless.. We loaded up and Phil showed us all we needed to know, he was very thorough and left us full of confidence for the week ahead. On return we were helped into the boat yard and had to admit to a lost windlass and 2 broken glasses!! The staff were very good about it and didn't charge us and even offered 5% off our next to holiday with them! The cafe and chandlery were also excellent..
