He was a great advert for your company (I work in retail myself) excellent customer service. I didnt catch a name badge but he was blonde & working at 4.30 pm.”

“A few weeks ago I brought my 2016 Mini Countryman JCW to Lohen in order to have the Performance Pack 1 fitted. After reading up on their website, it was clear that this performance upgrade would improve my Mini and also give it an extra bhp boost. It was well worth my 2 hour drive over to Lohen and the cost to get it done, as I am now very happy with the results. I look forward to driving my Mini even more now! The staff were very pleasant and also gave me a tour of the premises whilst my car was getting the upgrade which is not something you typically expect to see, plus the waiting room facilities were excellent. I am now also keen to bring my Mini back to Lohen for my routine mots and servicing each year.”

“Quite a new store with a petrol station to boot! Friendly and helpful staff and there are self checkout counters available. Good variety of items that I don't seem to get at my local Coop where I live. The take away coffee is not of a famous big brand but from a lesser known brand and to my surprise a very good coffee at that. It is very busy late afternoon when most people are on their way home from work but not so much in the morning when I stop for a coffee on my daily commute to Stafford.”

“I have had multiple tattoos done by artist Mel, every time I have been in for a sitting it's been an absolute pleasure and a brilliant experience every time. she is an asset to the studio and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her to anyone considering have a tattoo. With a great variety of items, I’ve almost solely used this Wilko’ to buy everything I needed for my new place. I find their prices to be unbeatable (locally speaking), the store itself is kept nice, clean and organised. Lastly, the service is always outstanding; nothing is too much to ask for, in regards to the staff, who are plentiful and always willing to help answer any questions/queries.
