“First time here, and what a place, the welcome was fantastic. Small menu but all fresh and homemade. Empanadas to start, which were amazing, the dipping sauce simple but so tasty and goes so well with the cheese empanadas. Main course was a breakfast, which was black beans, scrambled egg with tomatoes, pulled beef, cheese sticks & a mini arepa. My wife had a pulled beef arepa with cheese, black beans, and plantains, which was so tasty and so out of here normal, but she ate it all and loved it. Dessert was tres leche cake, homemade, and a great sweet hit to finish off what was an amazing lunch. Fresh food and service at its best! We will be back again - thank you”

“Called into the Oddies for a cheeky one. To find out they are having a mini refurb of the garden . New roof and floor on the Pergola with the fantastic addition of heating. My wife was so happy , a fatastic area outside to chill and chat with our friends , all while keeping warm for the nesh ones :-) We have visted on numerous occasions the food is exceptional , bar staff are very welcoming. This is a must visit for people new and old to the area.”

“We visited after spending the afternoon with the grandchildren at the Pantomine. The meal was from the lunch menu as we were too early for the evening menue. However there was loads to choose from and portions were very big. Presentation was lovely and the service by the waitress GABBIE was five star!! Very polite and attentive. Nathan the door man was suoerb come in with colours if you want but also beer prices are reasonable and he really helped us out after talking to him. Most reasonable doorman in the uk and Dean on the door was flipping epic x”

“We were looking for new kitchen tops and considered overlays to reduce the potential of damage to existing tiling and decorations and to also minimise disruption. Granite Transformations – Bridgemere were recommended to us and we were certainly not disappointed as the whole experience from initial contact to completing the refurbishment was faultless. This is a truly professional company that puts the customers’ needs first in providing sound advice, providing such a wide range of samples, administrating the order, returning to carry out the template works, producing the order and then the really exciting bit, installing the worktops. We had approximately 7.5m of worktops (4.5sqm) overlaid and a new sink all of which was installed by Dan who is a truly skilled tradesman and such a pleasant person, he is a credit to the company. All of this work was completed within the day and our kitchen was left spotless. In summary, the entire team at Granite Transformations – Bridgemere were first class, the service was exceptional (which is rare to find nowadays) and the quality of product/finish is top class. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is considering a kitchen top refurbishment project.”

“What a wonderful experience. From boarding at Telford the whole day was first class. The staff were exceptional and very attentive and polite. We had a table for 2 which was worth the extra money if you prefer not to sharing with strangers. Brunch was served very soon after. We had previously told them we didn’t want fish so we had a full English breakfast which was gorgeous. Then more food and tea and coffee was plentiful. Reaching Carlisle we were allowed an hour and a half walk around then re board the train to a large glass of champagne. Then a six course dinner which was again excellent. The magician and the singers were an added special extra. I can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience. Yes it was expensive but worth every penny. I hope to return some day”
