“It is my first visit to Wales and I booked this hotel as the price for one room was good . I received welcome message and instructions and I was nicely surprised that my room was upgraded to a suit with my own bathroom . The room is wonderfully nice and clean . It has TV bar , and everything you need as a traveller . The fridge and microwave is on the second floor with access for everyone . You have plenty of little shops around , lot of take aways and you have also good bus connection of you want to go hiking . The beach is 15 min by foot . The train station is around 30 min. by foot which I had to check myself since on Sunday there is a little problems with how buses are running . The hotel has safety measures in place due to Covid so you can feel safe . You cannot smoke in room but just outside the hotel , there is smoking area so it is not a problem. I'm giving 5 stars .”

“Friendly staff and great local atmosphere. Good food deals on different days. Would be fab to have the music nights back, but quizzes and karaoke nights are good fun. Recommend”

“The home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is 5 minutes by car to the Gower, a few minutes to Swansea bay, Mumbles and the City Centre. The house has a front and back garden, the rear is enclosed with a patio and astro turf. The inside has a fresh modern look, with good Wifi and internet enabled TV's. The kitchen is large for the house with plenty of equipment. It was a peaceful warm house to stay in, and we discovered a lovely forest walk through Clyne Valley which comes out at the seaside and a handy Cafe! Loads to see and do on the door step.”

Several minor concerns with our (shared student) house were resolved relatively quickly, and with a friendly, understanding attitude. Replies to our queries were fast & informative. We received our deposits within 3 weeks of the tenancy ending. I would recommend Mirador and/or rent from them again.”
