The reception staff are lovely and very accommodating, extremely helpful, and the dentist I have is so patient, caring & gentle. I've had trouble for years with my teeth & this dentist has been the best I've been to. I would 100% recommend. I've never felt more at ease with a dentist than I have done here. I was in the waiting room the other day listening to some patients moaning about waiting for braces, I asked them how long they waited and they told me 6 months, I told them my sister went to another clinic in Northampton and was on a waiting list for 3 years and still not heard nothing from them, then our dentist referred her to cheyne walk orthodontics and we got a pre screening appointment in littrally 4 weeks and then the braces went on in 4 or 5 months at cheyne walk, some people need to realize that they are lucky especially coz we are getting this for free. stop moaning and whats with the bad reviews? They make out this is a horrible clinic its actually a very nice dental practice, my dad goes upstairs too.”

On arrival, the receptionist was welcoming and approachable. When i was called through, the dentist was caring and empathetic with my situation, she listened to me and could see the pain I was in. She offered her own advice and talked me through options and then continued to carry out treatment to help me. After having some bad experiences in the past with other dentists and practices, as well as being a generally nervous patient, this dentist and practice has restored my faith in good quality care and I am very grateful for it.”

She took her time to go through my dental routine and recommend the correct size interdental brushes. Although the hygienist is private, the price was extremely reasonable.
