“I made a rare visit to M&S in Wolverhampton. ( Friday, September 5th 8.30am ) to spend a gift voucher. The young man on the self scan was very polite and helpful. It's a real shame that this store is closing permanently later this month. I've heard M&S are planning to open a food store at a new site in Wolverhampton soon. I hope so. The store in Dudley Street Wolverhampton will be missed.”

“We popped in Thursday 11th September after seeing a video on TikTok and it did not disappoint. We got there around 12pm, right in the middle of the rush, but it didn’t affect the service at all. The staff were all smiles, really friendly, and our food came out quicker than expected considering how busy it was. The place had such a nice atmosphere lots of people chatting, laughing and just enjoying themselves. We also grabbed a few bits to take home for the family. We’ll definitely be back.”

“A great stop off on my way home. The place has a great range of clothing, to housewear products to festive goods and snacks. I managed to get 2 pairs of trousers that I have been searching weeks on the high street and Internet for. Loads of parking, lots of choice, easy access and helpful staff.”

“Costa coffee is a safe and solid choice whether eating in or on the go. Their cheese and tomato toasties are melty and flavourful, their Mac and cheese gooey, cheesy and always piping hot. You can’t go wrong with these choices. Costa’s Ice tea is a go to favourite for drinkers who favour more water based and refreshing beverages. However, their Easter especially mini egg cookies are on the sickly-sweet side but having them heated up definitely enhances the overall taste. Wonderful service, cosy atmosphere and tasty food. “I was travelling and my car overheated, I was stranded in Walsall, I called IN’n’OUT with an urgency to fix my car so I could travel back home, they were extremely prompt in communicating with me and I felt they kept a high level of professionalism and honestly throughout the process of fixing my engine. “Nice little convenient store, with really friendly staff, only criticism would be that Tesco needs to prevent idiot, lazy, inconsiderate people parking close to the entrance doors and parking over the lines for pedestrians, it's becoming a real nuisance as there blocking the way to access the parking at the rear, and that's just it plenty of parking but these special people want to park near to the door. Tesco put cameras and enforce no parking there at anytime.”

“I use this store regularly and have not had any issues. Most days there is no queue and they have a really good range for the size of the shop. They have security at the door most times and they are good at organising people on and out. The staff are nice although most times I use the self check out so I have little experience with the till staff. In terms of social distancing, it can be a little hard to do that in this store as it is such a small store but they have barriers between the check outs which helps.”
