Not only can you trust him to do the job, he never tells you things need doing when they don’t. On the one occasion we have gone elsewhere, the polar opposite happened. My mother was conned out of £1000 for work that had not been done. The vehicle broke down the following day and had to be ‘done again’. It was only after refusing and threatening legal action did they ‘rectify’ it - although the fix didn’t last long and we ended up back at Dale Ratledges. Can’t speak more highly, a reputation of honesty and quality goes a long way! Appreciate it”

Once we got in we had the information and guidance that we needed and one of use had two vaccinations we need to book another appointment for Mr Jewell to have his vaccinations which he couldn't on the day due to a couse of strong antibiotics. The attitude of some of counter staff was not very good and it has put us off from going back there.”
