“Health Anxiety In late 2024 I went through a personal crisis that resulted in me looking for assistance with Health Anxiety. Paul and Tranceform Psychology, was actually found by my brother, whilst he was helping me through the initial bad period. I reached out initially by email and was invited in for a free assessment session. It didn’t take very long to realise that Paul’s course was the way forwards for me. I found all aspects of the course absolutely fascinating! Early on in the course, there were modules that literally astounded and reverberated with me, so much so that I initially longed to get back for the next session, with one week seeming too long. As the course progressed, and modules were reinforced and talked through, I could feel my resilience and perspectives shifting, and the need/longing to dive into the next module was reduced, which is an absolute positive. By the end of the course, it was bitter sweet that it was over. My relationship with Paul has been great and will continue to be so. I initially went in for assistance with Health Anxiety, during the course it became evident whilst talking through a multitude of experiences, that I had low self-esteem and confidence, and possibly other little adjustments to make. We worked through it all, and I am all the better for it. My relationship with Paul has been key in my opinion! I have cried, we have laughed, I’ve talked about things from my past and present that I had no idea had affected me so much. The positive ‘Tranceformation’ has benefitted the whole family and it’s something I will forever be grateful for. THANK YOU.”

I suffer with neck and shoulder pain and have a longstanding intestinal problem that has been treated by various practitioners in the past. I received an outstanding service during my treatment both with the problems of my neck and shoulder and with my stomach problems. I was really impressed with the results of the acupuncture treatment which was effective and remarkably relaxing. The physiotherapist I saw is highly qualified both as a physiotherapist and an acupuncturist. He was professional, thorough, explained his treatment programme to me in detail so that I felt I had been listened to and understood. That can be a very unusual experience. I also felt that unecessary treatment would not be given for the sake of it. I felt I was in control of my treatment and the manner in which it was delivered was polite and thoughtful. I now feel well and have been referred appropriately by the service to a consultant who will be following up further treatment I require. I would recommend this service to anyone who required highly professional physiotherapy and will consider using it again if I should need to. Nina Wolverhampton”
