“Health Anxiety In late 2024 I went through a personal crisis that resulted in me looking for assistance with Health Anxiety. Paul and Tranceform Psychology, was actually found by my brother, whilst he was helping me through the initial bad period. I reached out initially by email and was invited in for a free assessment session. It didn’t take very long to realise that Paul’s course was the way forwards for me. I found all aspects of the course absolutely fascinating! Early on in the course, there were modules that literally astounded and reverberated with me, so much so that I initially longed to get back for the next session, with one week seeming too long. As the course progressed, and modules were reinforced and talked through, I could feel my resilience and perspectives shifting, and the need/longing to dive into the next module was reduced, which is an absolute positive. By the end of the course, it was bitter sweet that it was over. My relationship with Paul has been great and will continue to be so. I initially went in for assistance with Health Anxiety, during the course it became evident whilst talking through a multitude of experiences, that I had low self-esteem and confidence, and possibly other little adjustments to make. We worked through it all, and I am all the better for it. My relationship with Paul has been key in my opinion! I have cried, we have laughed, I’ve talked about things from my past and present that I had no idea had affected me so much. The positive ‘Tranceformation’ has benefitted the whole family and it’s something I will forever be grateful for. THANK YOU.”

“Quick, convenient and effective. I got an appointment with Troy in just a few days, at a time convenient for me. The session was professional, thorough and friendly. Lots of time taken to work out what I'd done ( 3 way hip damage), and no hurry when it came to helping understand the home work and good form etc. Even got a card and request to check in for advice and progress reports, which is a nice touch. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent place. Staff are very friendly, 10 minutes waiting time, if your not seen in 10 min there is a sign saying to report back to reception which is fantastic. The sensory wall in there waiting room is amazing. They have changeable colour lights in the ceiling that the kids can control from a colour chart on the wall.”

The staff dealt very well with a panicky relative on the phone (me) were reassuring and gave a strong impression that they were a very professional team and all would be well. On visiting the ward I was received with smiles and no-one could have been more helpful; reinforcing my initial opinion. The patient was obviously receiving the same standard of care. Staff were knowledgeable and informative and I even had access to the doctor. I left after visiting hours feeling confident that if any Radio/Chemo Unit could get the desired result this was the place.”

“I recently got referred to Louise via my work place after feeling stressed and anxious. I didn’t know what to expect but upon meeting Louise she was warm, welcoming, accommodating and I found her really easy to talk to. She gave advice on things I could do to help deal with feelings/ emotions or situations and when I put this advice into play it really did help. I’m generally a very quiet person and don’t tend to say much but honestly I felt so comfortable to talk to Louise that for someone that usually has nothing to say, well I didn’t stop talking to say the least. I highly recommend Louise and although my sessions have now ended I have kept her information should I ever need her services again in the future.”
