I gave her the Description and specifications of what I need and she directed me to a lovely dress that matched exactly what I needed. When I needed to return one of the dresses (I bought two in different sizes so I could compare and find the perfect size for me) because there was a previous customer’s make-up stain on the collar of the dress, Faith very helpfully talked me through the return process and reassured me I would not be blamed for the mark.
