“Visited this salon recently to get some info on their treatments etc as I wanted a to book a pamper session or something as a gift for my wife. I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the lady I spoke to (the owner) was and after discussing what my wife might like I decided to book her in for a massage, what I was particularly impressed with was how the lady listened to me and explained how given the fact my wife suffers with her back that a back massage would be of more benefit for her even though she could have just sold a full body massage which was dearer. Nice to see this day in age a place where need is more important than money. My wife attended her massage and she was well impressed, so much so I have booked myself in now to. Well done Lavandula blu. You now have gained 2 very happy customers.”

“Been visiting Elegance for almost 2 years to get my waxing done and recently started getting my face lasered. I had extremely thick and dark hair on my face & neck due to PCOS, Rajni suggested having laser and I begun my sessions. Currently, I am on my fifth session of laser and have seen such a huge reduction in hair growth and, even the skin discolouration I had previously due to the hair growth has now improved significantly. Even the small amount of hair that grows back is very fine and hardly noticeable. The sessions are quick, efficient and virtually pain free. Rajni is extremely helpful and genuine, she's always glad to see the progress rather than, other salon owners who want to just keep you paying for more sessions. “Didn’t know this place existed , it’s tucked away off the main high street but very accessible and close to parking. Went in to ask about walk in appointments and was told by Nicola she had a cancellation and could fit me in for a dry trim if that was what I wanted . She was friendly and asked questions about my hair routines and listened to what I wanted . Very happy with the hair cut . The salon looked nice and clean and smelt great NO damp towel smell which is a big thing for me . Prices are competitive with other local places . Looks like I’ve found my new hairdresser..”

“Lovely cafe in Willenhall town, popped in from the cold and have a cup of tea with my husband, we both had a homemade cupcake which were so tasty, very clean and friendly staff, will be back to try more off the menu soon.”

“Went here today to get my eyelashes soaked off (individuals) Best prices ever only charged me £3. Other shops charge about £5-£10. I rang up and got fitted in on the same day even tho she was rushed off her feet already, she still found time to see me. She made me feel very welcome, and such a polite woman. She went above and beyond to help, bringing several shoes and even checking stock online. She was very informative, offering tips and advice with regards to shoes and styles suitable. Would recommended this store as all staff were very friendly.”
