“Visited Roti Pani for our sons birthday tonight and couldn't be more impressed. We had previously ordered from here as delivery and the food both as a delivery and in restaurant was consistent. The food is amazing and the service was incredible. The food is also decently priced - the excellent quality of the food you'd expect to pay far more for. The staff couldn't do enough. The restaurant is beautiful inside and there is parking too. They also went out of their way to cater for my youngest who cannot eat spicy food. “I was craving some Chinese food, so I found this place 4 minutes from my house, I had king prawn chow mien and king prawn in chilli and garlic sauce. The food was delicious! Good service, parking space within the premises and contactless payment is accepted, which was a big deal for me!”

“I ordered takeaway therefore can not review the atmosphere and service. I am only writing this review to let you guys know that the food from here is perfect. I had an egg fried rice, plain naan, paneer tikka masala, chicken tikka masala and fried salmon. Every dish was perfect. Fast delivery and also bonus they gave us pompadours with mint sauce and salad. If you are hesitant, dont be, order here or go to the restaurant in person.”

“I ordered from Pizza Hut Willenhall yesterday. My order was the Hot Honey Pepperoni Feast pizza, hot honey breaded chicken strips, and fries. While the delivery arrived on time, I was disappointed to find my order missing the hot honey drizzle on both the pizza and chicken strips, one of the main reasons I ordered this meal, and sadly, it’s not the first time this has happened. After an already hectic and stressful day, this was just the cherry on top. But then I called and spoke to Dylan, and everything changed. From the moment he picked up, he was kind, apologetic, and genuinely empathetic. He truly listened and even added a bit of humour to our chat, especially when we joked about my choice of olives as a topping (apparently not his thing!). Dylan assured me he’d personally remake the pizza with extra hot honey and get it out to me ASAP, and he kept his word. Within 20 minutes, my order arrived with a thoughtful little note: “I hope this makes your day better.” Honestly, it did more than that. In a time where great customer service is rare, Dylan went above and beyond, and because of him, I’ll continue ordering from this branch. He deserves recognition! Pizza Hut, please take note. Thank you again, Dylan. You truly made a difference.”

“Me and my partner came here for a drink, he also had a bacon bap which he said was lovely (and he's very fussy) Rita was the lady who served us and she was absolutely lovely as well, I was also served by another lady but can't remember her name and she was also very friendly. Would recommend people try it out, good food and friendly staff :)”
