Initially Boris was quite nervous and backed away but Ross took the time to make friends with him before his grooming session. I took in a somewhat scruffy little dog and collected a smart, well groomed happy dog. What a nice change from the very frightened shaking little boy I've often collected from other groomers ! I highly recommend Ross and will be returning regularly to keep Boris nice and smart.”
