The team spent time understanding how we lived and our requirements for our extension and refurbishment and the end product is everything we had hoped for and more. Due to the prevailing conditions in Aberdeen (council holidays, contractor market, adverse weather) the permitting, contracting and construction process took longer than expected however open dialog between client, contractor and architect allowed issues to be resolved in a timely manner.
