Some well known companies flat out refused to offer cover for a younger driver on my specific vehicle. Very impressed and hope to remain with them.”

“Edit: company owned me straight away to apologise and take my number off their system. It seems their customer gave them a wrong number or someone put it down wrong. I have had a lot of scammers trying to steal from me recently (even supposed legitimate company) that my initial reaction was this was the same. My apologies. Giving you more stars for swift actions. Not had anything to do with this company nor any loans yet recieved a text stating they couldn't take a direct debit due. I've had to Google to find out who they are. Scammers trying to get your bank details! Don't be fooled by them! Don't use this company!”

We've worked with a few different bodies for our building control and warranty needs in the past, but since finding ICW (a couple of projects ago) we won't be going elsewhere. Having the same building control body and warranty provider makes life easier and we've found their customer service to be excellent. A special thankyou to Emily on the building control side and Mike on the warranty side who have been and continue to be a massive help! We've also had some great surveyors, although we've been through a few (they differ from project to project). I can highly recommend ICW!”
