Having the same building control body and warranty provider makes life easier and we've found their customer service to be excellent. A special thankyou to Emily on the building control side and Mike on the warranty side who have been and continue to be a massive help! We've also had some great surveyors, although we've been through a few (they differ from project to project). I can highly recommend ICW!”
