The Audi I purchased last summer was problematic but Andy and the guys spent some time to ensure the car was perfect. Following a mechanical issue just a few weeks after I took delivery (no fault of Concours by the way, just bad luck), I decided to chop it for a Japanese import (their specialty) 2011 Jaguar XJ X351 5.0 V8, and I'm delighted. The car was prepared immaculately with nothing too much trouble. It's wonderful to come across a dealer that really cares with a team of highly skilled mechanics who are at home working on a modern as a classic. Some of the old stuff they get in for work is a sign of their reputation: Aston Martin DB4, Ferraris, Jaguars and even a slightly more humble Renault 4. A fabulous place and you won't find better!”

On the day I was notified about an extra procedure was required which involved extra costs, the member of your team answered and explained my questions professionally and was transparent about the price. Ended up having to spend more but it’s part of the job so can’t really complain.”
