“I walked in off the street, looking for advice. Before I knew I was sitting in the dentist’s chair, something I would normally have to work myself up to for days. I am an extremely nervous patient and even walking in the door was a huge step for me. I recently went to my dentist for a crown replacement, x-ray was taken, and was told it could be replaced, no problem, the appointment lasted about 5 minutes. The dentist at Solihull practise, took the time to look at how the crown replacement would affect the rest of my teeth and advised, yes it was possible to he bought my attention to the obvious difficulties. The tooth under the crown has pushed forward so any replacement would probably not be in line with my teeth. Obvious once it was pointed out. He took time to explain what my different options are and will follow up with a phone call. If you are a nervous, anxious patient I highly recommend you give this practice a go. I even managed to have a giggle with the staff. Five plus stars”

“I really can’t say enough good things about Luke, all the team and my experiences at Shakespeare Drive. I’ve been going to an NHS dentist for all of my life, and I was left feeling let down and anxious after they recommended a tooth be extracted when I thought it could be saved. I decided to get a second opinion from Shakespeare Drive and I’m so grateful I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in safe hands. Luke not only saved my tooth with a root canal and crown, he actually listened to me. He has been phenomenal. He took the time to do proper xrays and found other work that my NHS dentist overlooked for years and would have cause me significant problems if unresolved. When I spoke to my NHS dentist about the additional work, they simply said they’d “monitor it”, which I was disappointed and frustrated by. Needless to say, I will not be going back to them. Because of the trust that I gained in Luke and the team, I’m now having my other work done at Shakespeare Drive rather than through my NHS dentist. Given my experiences during my root canal and crown, I really trust that work is being done properly, thoroughly and to a high quality. What really blew me away was how caring everyone has been. I’d lost a lot of faith in dentists after past experiences, but Luke, Jas, the Dental Nurses, Receptionists have all made me feel like I mattered and have been so kind - not only with me, but with each other. They’ve checked in on me, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond with aftercare. It’s rare to find a place where everyone genuinely seems to love what they do and it really does show. If you’re nervous about the dentist or if you’ve had bad experiences in the past, give them a try. They don’t just fix problems, they really care about oral health and hygiene and they can restore your trust in dentistry. You won’t feel rushed, just a number, or sat waiting around because they have overbooked to see a ridiculous amount of people in a short timeframe. Also the practice is so clean and modern which is always a bonus, and if you go there at Christmas time they have an amazing tree in reception with very unique decorations. Extraction was pain-free, and recovery was quick, along with very useful follow-up and aftercare. I've been seen by both Jasdeep and Neeraj and I have zero complaints. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, and always make me feel welcome. It is a little pricier than other private practices I've seen, but you get what you pay for!”

“I attended this dental practice for the first time today after several recommendations. I am 74 year old lady who has always attended the dentist every 6 months since the age of 14. Sadly I had become disillusioned with my NHS practice. I have become quite nervous over the years due to some poor treatments but as soon as I walked into North Street I felt safe and comfortable. My dentist was excellent. He listened to my concerns and offered several working solutions to my problems. I was show my X rays and was given comprehensive explanation of results and a care plan. I was given a full breakdown of costs and a timetable to get the work done. There was no pressure to get anything done but I am so looking forward to it that I’ve decided to start immediately. They offer a wide range of services from scale and polish, whitening, they can do on site X-rays easily and were extremely diligent throughout my braces and realignment work. The waiting room has recently been refurbished giving it a vibrant, light and airy feel. The consultation rooms are comfortable, bright and roomy. The best thing about this place though is without doubt the staff. Dr Dalby and his team are absolutely fantastic. Kind, friendly and welcoming, hard working and diligent.
