My lemon bottle experiences were fully informed and thorough, she talked me through absolutely everything and was so comforting to the point where I didn't have any questions about the product because she had already explained everything. She was open and candid with expectations of the treatment and did everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I then went back to her for eyelashes for the first time, and again she knew exactly what she was doing, made me feel really comfortable and the work is so good that I have had none stop compliments, even now when I need to be booking my infils, people are still commenting on how good my lashes look. 10/10, would 100% recommend! X”

I used to go to Farzana’s for years, but their service has really gone downhill recently. I decided to try Parveen’s for the first time — and I was immediately converted! The lovely lady at the reception desk was so welcoming. I was seen straight away with no waiting time, which was especially impressive considering it’s almost Eid. They had a brilliant ticketing system in place to manage clients efficiently. The lady who threaded my eyebrows was lovely and incredibly thorough — I was genuinely impressed with the care she took. When I went to pay, the receptionist gave me a loyalty card (such a thoughtful perk!) and even took my number to send me special offers via text. On top of all that, the threading was only £5 — such a bargain these days! I never usually leave reviews, but I felt this one was truly deserved. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!”

Humera and Ola where professional, polite, friendly and so knowledgeable on the products and treatments I needed for my hair. I had a wash, toner/colour correction, cut and blow dry and feel like a new woman! My hair looks healthy and beautiful and they listened to exactly what I wanted whilst advising me on maintenance and realistic expectations. I walked away with some products to try out including Moroccan hair oil and a deep conditioning hair mask. They are reasonably priced and know what they are doing! Would highly recommend!”

I often ask for detailed nail art and they always rise to the challenge, taking time to make sure I’m happy with the result. The atmosphere in the salon is warm and professional. I’ve always felt comfortable and valued as a customer, and the staff go out of their way to make sure everyone feels at ease. They are attentive to detail, listen carefully to what I want, and check in throughout the process to make sure I’m satisfied. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed, and I’ve always left with nails I absolutely love. The staff have always been respectful and courteous, and I’ve never witnessed or experienced anything unprofessional. On the contrary, they are always eager to help and make sure every customer leaves happy. I’ve noticed a comment about children in the salon, and I just wanted to add that the owner’s daughter, who is only six, is only occasionally present. When she is there, she’s always a delight—polite, friendly, and never disruptive. In all my years coming here, her presence has never affected the quality of service or the relaxing atmosphere and she brightens up a visit to the shop! If you’re looking for a salon that combines technical skill, creativity, and genuine customer care, I can’t recommend this place enough. I wouldn’t keep coming back if I didn’t trust them completely with my nails. Thank you to the whole team for years of great service!”
