“I’ve been on my hair loss journey now with Enhance Hair restoration for around 5-6 years. Originally I enquired as my hair loss had suddenly started and was very worried. I contacted Enhance Hair restoration and saw a gentleman called Steve. He advised me at the time to get my bloods done before any treatment and to come back to see him with the results. I found this very trustworthy with his honest advice. Thankfully the results were all ok. He covered the options available from non surgical to surgical. At that time my main concern was to help slow my hair loss down so I was recommended more non surgical treatment and I went on a course of topical solution. I had several review appointments which was great. After being on this plan my hair loss had stabilised ☺️ however then my goals had changed and I wanted more hair at the front. I set up another appointment to go through my options. Steve ran through the surgical options very clearly and gave me realistic expectations. I had contacted other organisations to get varied opinions and have to say Enhance was so professional and honest. I found them a little more expensive however why would I want to cut costs on such an important procedure. I had the surgery done with Dr Williams, he was very polite and very good at his Job. The head nurse Agi was great and kept me nice and relaxed throughout the day. Last Friday I came in for my 18 month review and I can’t thank the team enough, the results are great and I wanted to share my experience with this review. I would highly recommend Dr Williams and everyone at Enhance Hair Restoration.”

After following her advice, I had to go to a&e (and rightly so as was showing symptoms of a stroke). “With my doctors being part of a large group I get sent to many different ones so this was my first time at Shirley. I’m going to request to make this one my regular one for now on. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was super friendly, I asked the receptionist if my husband could park his car while I had my appointment and she was so cheerful, it was so refreshing. Most doctors make you feel so dreary to be there. I’m sorry to the receptionist I instantly forgot her name my memory is poor, a mature lady, she has blonde hair and glasses, an asset to the company. I was there for a blood test, I waited longer than usual but in most doctors it’s to be expected. A nurse came out to get me and again, the most wonderful woman greeted me. We had a nice chat, normally nurses or doctors are very formal or just want you gone quickly but this lady was wonderful and can clearly see she’s care about her patients. I asked her name and it was Julia. She looks great in red btw! Makes her pop! anyway all in all fantastic experience, never thought I’d say that about a doctors hahaha”
