Chairs and benches are available at request if they are not already out. It has changing facilities as well as a water fountain. Snacks are available from vending machines. There is a viewing gallery with chairs and tables also. The actual gym is not something I have used but can be seen from the car park as you walk to the entrance and a number of machines for use can be seen.”

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are for having the opportunity to have this much time with him and that is thanks to the amazing staff here who were kind, compassionate and really listened to the patient receiving care. My dad was a massive fan of his Oncologist Mr Openshaw who always took the time to listen and NEVER gave up on him. He is an absolute credit to the Oncology department! His people skills are superb, not just to my dad but to everybody I saw him with. He never rushed appointments and always came up with a plan which is exactly what my dad wanted, involving all of the family too. Well done to the cancer centre and a special heartfelt thank you to Mr Openshaw, you are a very, very special man. There were many other wonderful nurses there too; the team really are fantastic!”
