“My little girl has been coming here for just over a year now and absolutely loves it, she has lovely bonds with all staff members and I love that I can check online via an app on how she's getting on throughout the day. The nursery also serves a variety of food and meals that I wouldn't usually cook at home which my girl loves :)”

“I don’t ever leave reviews but I just want to praise the manager and staff member working on Monday 6th September 2022 at around 8pm. A group of friends and I got lost around the area whilst travelling from birmingham to Nottingham, i was absolutely desperate to go to the toilet and this Tesco was the closest one with a fuel station. I went in and was greeted warmly by the cashier whom I asked if they had a toilet, she advised that there was not a public toilet for customers however a McDonalds was close by. I thanked her and was about to walk back with my sad face when she said she’d ask her manager. I was so surprised that she was actually willing to help me without me asking again; I said please and briefly explained how we were lost due to poor navigation. A manager then came out, he was super friendly and without me saying anything he led the way. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER TO SEE A PUBLIC TOILET! As I left the manager asked me if I would be ok getting back and honestly this purely made my day happier. I thanked them profusely and it made me realise what good customer service is. It was genuinely the most welcoming Tesco’s I had ever been to and Tesco definitely needs more staff like these two. The staff here were willing to quickly assist me with the most amazing customer service without even knowing if I would even buy anything from their store. They welcomed me as a human and not a customer which felt so good, I wish I had gotten their names :(”

“Visited 7pm Friday 31st October Just want to say every member of staff I spoke to was extremely helpful! From the girl who sorted my grandsons junior trainer to the young gentleman who tried to source a gilet for me. 10/10 lovely staff, thank you.”

“Brilliant Secondary school with good opportunties open to ALL children. Our experience of the school, staff & opportunties available to the children is absolutely first class. The exterior is a modern building but the values & standards are not lacking. Every member of staff gives their best & the confidence that my granddaughter has gained from the education at the actual school plus all the educational visits open to her & every child that attends”

“Went to bottomless brunch yesterday for my daughters birthday there was 6 of us in a lovely booth . The room was all done up even had good quality props . The food was lovely and service was quick . staff was very attentive! Cocktails was amazing and was topped up as soon as you was empty . The Dj was brilliant!!! Played Abba obviously but mixed it up which was good . He helped my daughter have a great time even doing shots with her . We will definitely be at the nxt one . Thankyou for a great afternoon x”
