Am based in Coventry and use them as there a lot cheaper than local .Ive had no issues but my last order was missing some 4-3timber when dropped off to job in Coleshil ,I went into the shop spoke the owner Sam and he was more than welcoming and sorted it out straight away . Maybe the bad reviews are off ppl wanting something for nothing . Would recommend anyone to use them”
