“I independently volunteer here on a weekly basis and they are a wonderful genuinely caring team of true animal lovers in a stunning location. The boarding rooms are hygienic and well sanitised and they run like clockwork to keep things routines and consistent for the animals in their care which minimises stress. The staff are accommodating to individual needs and are well communicated, and the animals are treated with love and respect. The dogs have access to a large secure exercise field with toys to play with and staff to interact with. If I ever needed to look for boarding for my two dogs I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here even if it is a 50 miles drive each way”

“Was referred here by my vets as my Labrador Arnie has 2 different cancers in 3 places. The care from ALL the staff has been brilliant. I cannot thank them enough for the attention they give Arnie. Pulling up to the vets Arnie gets over excited in the car and drags me through the door and knows exactly where he’s going. The staff seem equally as excited to see him. We have to visit quite often as he had 5 rounds of chemo, with blood tests a week later and a couple of CT scans thrown into the mix too. We have been there almost every Monday for the last 4 month and every time is exactly the same level of excitement for both Arnie and the staff. For all the medical treatment that Arnie goes through, the fact that he still gets excited to be at the vets is only testament to the personal treatment of Arnie. Especially Giulia! The way she treats Arnie and the way he acts around her is amazing. When ever I am faced with options on treatment I have absolutely no hesitation in taking Giulia’s recommendation. She treats Arnie as her own so I am entirely confident in her recommendations. I’d honestly prefer not to hear the options available but only her opinion as that is what I would go with 100% of the time. I honestly hope nobody reading this has ever a need to go see them. But if unfortunately you need their services then stop reading and call them up. Theirs no where else I would ever go to so long as Giulia and the team are still there.”

“I've read the reviews about this Veterinary practice and I personally have nothing but praise for our Cleckheaton branch. Our little dog Odie was diagnosed with diabetes 19 months ago and with the vets and all staff (especially Stacey) Odie was happy and comfortable until the end. I can't praise the vet at Morley (Hazal) enough, she was so good with Odie at the end, she had tears in her eyes and the 2 nurses who put Odie's canula in where so kind, they spoke gently to Odie all the time. They couldn't do enough and where so caring and sympathetic and nothing was rushed, we where allowed as much time as we needed. When we went to collect Odie's ashes, the presentation was so thoughtful and again Stacey was kind and gentle, allowing us the time we needed to enable us to take him home. A big thank you from our hearts to all the staff involved in Odie's care from him being a puppy until his peaceful sleep.”

We had a bad experience before and Toot Hill changed our view immediately even from the first look around. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The service is very competitively priced and reasonable. Emma is brilliant in responding to boarding requests via WhatsApp and they are very accommodating. They explained to us how to look after her feeding pattern as she was underweight. Also if we had any problems they offered afrercare all we had to do was ring them up. Most professional. “A massive thank you the white cross vets We took our dogs there for years but moved from the area Chester our cockerpoo has been really ill recently and was running up a massive bill at our new vets We weren't happy with how he wasnt improving for what was diagnosed as a stomach problem We decided to contact white Cross and asked if Tom could take a look and give us a second opinion They squeezed us in the next day Tom listened to what we had to say before taking a look Within 1 a minute he had worked out Chester had a back issue He offered to have us referred to a specialist Within 1hr we were contacted and booked in for the next day Chester goes in today for a scan and straight in for the op once they know whats required It saddens me Chester has had to suffer for a couple of weeks before the issue was found Thankfully down to the great work of Tom and the team we should get him sorted soon A massive thank you from us all to everyone at white cross vets You are the best!”
