“I absolutely love it here. My first visit was around 2 weeks ago. As soon as I walked in the door I was made to feel so welcome. People are really friendly,the lady behind the bar was ace. There was a band on they were actually quite good. Love it here. Its going to be the one pub I'm gunna visit every week with all my sister's.”

“I waited all week for Thursday to arrive (closed evenings Monday-Wednesday) so I could experience the food after a recommendation. The waiter welcomed me, I was worried there wasn't space as it was busy but thankfully there was. The menu is fairly short which is good, makes selection easier. Opted for starter of fishcakes and noodles main. Had Thai the elsewhere the day before and no sooner had I placed my order the starter was there!! I questioned the freshness there. Copper & Moss took an acceptable amount of time for the starter and the wait wasn't dissapointing, fresh and flavoursome. I was regularly asked if all was OK, there certainly wasn't a shortage of staff. When I came to the main I was informed they had run out of rice noodles, to be honest they could have probably said nothing as I hadn't paid much attention to what noodles they were, but I appreciated the honesty. I was offered some rice in addition, which I thought a strange combination, but again accepted the gesture, glad I did. The main was outstanding, the flavours were so fresh, having had a cold my taste wasn't at its best but this didn't make me miss the Thai basil flavours and combinations of seasoning making a delicious meal. The extra rice was used to mop up the remaining juices, lovely rice it was too, much appreciated. All very fresh and glad I had the opportunity to experience this meal and great service. Oh and I can't forget the Bloody Mary, after a b####y tough week it was much needed. Thank you.”

“Myself, my Husband and our little boy popped in for a quick family meal. We couldn’t fault the food or service. The staff were really accommodating and brought out or little boys food first and made sure he had cutlery he could use. The food was hot, well presented and came out quick. “Visit the Malt shovel monthly with Husband for Karaoke on Saturday nights. Great Karaoke host and good sound system. Cosy atmosphere, friendly crowd and attentive staff. Adequate Seating inside and outside. Clean toilets. Food is good and a varied menu. Great choice of traditional puddings and desserts. Wide selection of Drinks and cocktails at the average price. We park across the road rear of the shops.”

“Used to eat often in the owners old restaurant in Thornton and pleased to say the food was just as it was, lovely pizzas, had a calzone and it was superb, delivered fresh and hot direct to our door in Baildon. Second time takeaway from here and wont be the last. Recommend.”

“Beautiful location on the river at Saltaire. Lovely decor and wide range of food and drinks. Excellent prices and the food was very tasty. My Caesar Salad had two very large pieces of chicken. “Meant to put this review on a few weeks ago! We went in on the Sunday night of the Saltaire festival and the guy that was working there (ahhh we asked his name but didn’t write it down so sadly we have forgotten his name!) was just SO lovely! His customer service skills stood out in a day and age where sadly customer service skills are lacking in many, many establishments. He was friendly and chatty and genuinely looked happy to be there in his place of work. 10/10 We look forward to popping in again.”
