“Little gem of a tea room! Excellent selection of good priced food. Food excellent quality & portions good too. (3 adults visiting with a dog) Tried their bacon sandwich which was freshly made with plenty of bacon in a soft bap. Coffees made fresh, so we ended up staying long enough for a second round of coffees with cakes (gingerbread man, millionaires shortbread, cornflake tart…..all good value and would easily beat the competition for quality). We’ll certainly be back as there were other good valued meals advertised that we’d like to have tried too. Easily accessible location, and happy to accept dogs (they get as much attention as the humans!)”

“Took my parents to view riser recliner chairs and met with Katie who knows her stuff. Katie is approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable and after asking a few questions was able to guide my parents to the appropriate chairs to suit their individual needs. She gave them good advice, fully demonstrated the chairs and has a great sense of humour whilst being very respectful at the same time. Excellent service, no pushy sales techniques, easy and relaxed atmosphere. Shop was well stocked with furniture and chairs to try out. On the whole a very pleasant experience for my parents and me! “Ordered an assortment of little wooden train tracks and accessories which my little nephew adores. The pricing at Rainbow Wood was excellent - some of the least expensive around - and the range of what was available to order was incredible, way more choice than any other sites I tried (I tried quite a lot - the big giant retailers as well as the smaller ones!). Arrived fairly quickly, undamaged in transit. Really happy with my bargain haul which will keep my nephew entertained for months!”

“Me and a few friends were working in Huddersfield for a few days and decided to try this place on our lunch. It was way better than any of us had expected. Polite and friendly service, reasonably priced and the food was absolutely amazing. I had chicken wings and chips and I expected it to be average at best, but when it came I was surprised at how delicious it was. We tried to go back the next day but it was closed unfortunately. We had the cauliflower 65 and chicken trio starters which were delicious and we can't wait to go back and try the mains. Staff were super friendly and helpful.”
