“Absolutely fabulous service, quality sofas and chairs. Visited twice during the weekend. Once to see what was suitable & available, second to purchase as we found the whole experience great and the item wanted just right. Gemma served us both times and was so thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. She did not pressure sell which is a big thing. We bought a La_z_boy motorised head and tilt loveseat which serves my needs completely. I am disabled and needed to buy the 'right' chair as I sit in it a lot every day. The price was good and even the extra for the head tilt and lumber mechanism was reasonable. I also purchased the insurance as it covers let damage as well as the usual things. The time it will take for my chair to be made and diverted is acceptable. I am really looking forward to it's arrival. Gemma made a positive impressin on us lovely. I would highly recommend KC Sofas Chesterfield to everyone wanting quality service, sofas, and/or chairs at the reasonable price. DELIVERY My new live seat was delivered this morning by Sam and Kami, who gave a pre arrival phone call which was much appreciated. Both of these men were polite, considerate, were careful bringing the seat in, and professional. I do hope when I next order from KC Sofas I have both these men delivering my goods. In conclusion, the whole experience from the very start to the very end has been a positive one. “As always for the range stores. Absolutely something for everyone of any age. The craft section is what I specifically went in for but couldn’t help having a wander around. Loads of craft items, I found everything I was looking for (and more)! All well organised and easy to find. Staff were helpful and efficient when needed. Store was kept in a generally clean and tidy state. Would definitely recommend and no doubt we will be visiting the store again!”

“Genuinely one of the nicest hot chocolates I have ever had. I travel a lot for work and it’s always nice to stop off to grab a bite or a hot drink so I have certainly found a good spot here. Staff were an absolute credit to the brand with excellent service, it’s so refreshing to see some staff not being scripted or robotic nowadays, they showed plenty of humour and personality. The owner Ross is also a real funny character! Certainly will be visiting again when I’m passing by the area!”
