“I've just moved to the area and this may be my new favourite supermarket!! Sheer range of items from home to food to clothing ✅ Cheaper than my normal Tesco shop ✅ Massive car park with many spaces ✅ And the chefs kiss, I originally went in to the store for only a couple of things, managed to do a big shop and the staff were so friendly they helped me get a trolley for my items and helped me pack them at the end!! 10/10! “I’m not usually one to leave reviews for convenience stores but today Jules went above and beyond. She saw me with an injured arm struggling with my shopping and amidst a busy shift decided to help me. They are an absolute gem and an asset to this co-op. They were lovely enough to talk to me the whole way round the store as well as carry my shopping and help me take it to the tills bag it up and back out to my car. “I had a Yodel parcel re-delivered to Blueberry’s in Brighton after a failed delivery to my property. Strangely, Yodel does not generate a collection code when you re-route a delivery to a shop a completely flawed system, considering you’d need a code to collect from a shop, not your home! Despite this, the team at Blueberry’s Jack and Eli took the time to run through thorough (and very time-consuming) security checks to make sure I was who I said I was, and still handed over my parcel. They didn’t have to do this, especially knowing they wouldn’t get paid for the collection and would have no proof I even received the parcel. Yodel’s system leaves them open to people falsely claiming packages were never picked up yet they helped me anyway. Yodel, frustratingly, accepted no responsibility and kept referring me back to the seller even though it’s Yodel who generates (or in this case fails to generate) the collection code! Massive thank you to Jack and Eli for their kindness, professionalism, and for going out of their way to help. Blueberry’s Newsagents deserve every bit of support. It’s a small local business doing a big job with integrity.”

I had been having a bad day, then when I arrived I had severe issues beyond what most people could cope with accessing money from the ATM, because of an faux pas by my bank, then I couldn't use my bank card on the contact less beepy thing, I am a wheelchair user and had to call my bank multiple times.
