“My local corner shop for so many years! The staff member (didn’t catch his name) I see there regularly in the afternoon/evening always has the shop looking so neat and delivers customer service with a smile. It’s improved so much over the past couple years, love it.”

“I've just moved to the area and this may be my new favourite supermarket!! Sheer range of items from home to food to clothing ✅ Cheaper than my normal Tesco shop ✅ Massive car park with many spaces ✅ And the chefs kiss, I originally went in to the store for only a couple of things, managed to do a big shop and the staff were so friendly they helped me get a trolley for my items and helped me pack them at the end!! 10/10! Thanks ASDA!”

“I’m not usually one to leave reviews for convenience stores but today Jules went above and beyond. She saw me with an injured arm struggling with my shopping and amidst a busy shift decided to help me. They are an absolute gem and an asset to this co-op. They were lovely enough to talk to me the whole way round the store as well as carry my shopping and help me take it to the tills bag it up and back out to my car. I cannot exaggerate enough how much I needed something like that today to know there is still decency and kindness. Thank you so much Jules. I hope you know how much I appreciate it.”

“Large chicken and ham pie. Arrived spot on time. Is massive and the pasty is to die for. Huge pieces of chicken and ham in a great tasting jelly. Would recommend this pie to everybody that has eaten this kind of pie. You won’t buy anyone else’s. Well worth the money and we will be back regularly. Quality and quantity what more could you ask for.”

“First time getting something that wasn’t the £2 meal today. Had their veggie roast in a box. The potatoes were so crispy. The goats cheese and onion tart really tasty and for £6.95 this was so much food! Quick and friendly service too. Will be back for sure.”

“I found this store very useful, personally. it certainly had everything i needed for a quick stirfry and drinks- it also seems to have a good selection of lunch options and even had wrapping paper and seasonal items- i think for the space allowed, they have good selection of essentials- also wheelchair access via an inside ramp with metal bars.”

“I had a Yodel parcel re-delivered to Blueberry’s in Brighton after a failed delivery to my property. Strangely, Yodel does not generate a collection code when you re-route a delivery to a shop a completely flawed system, considering you’d need a code to collect from a shop, not your home! Despite this, the team at Blueberry’s Jack and Eli took the time to run through thorough (and very time-consuming) security checks to make sure I was who I said I was, and still handed over my parcel. They didn’t have to do this, especially knowing they wouldn’t get paid for the collection and would have no proof I even received the parcel. Yodel’s system leaves them open to people falsely claiming packages were never picked up yet they helped me anyway. Yodel, frustratingly, accepted no responsibility and kept referring me back to the seller even though it’s Yodel who generates (or in this case fails to generate) the collection code! Massive thank you to Jack and Eli for their kindness, professionalism, and for going out of their way to help. Blueberry’s Newsagents deserve every bit of support. It’s a small local business doing a big job with integrity.”

“Just moved to the area and pleased to have a chippy right behind our flat! Popped in for Friday night chippy tea - large cod & chips between my son and I. Was in and out in a few minutes, both fish & chips were yummy, no cooking for me and minimal washing up so a winner all round.”

I had been having a bad day, then when I arrived I had severe issues beyond what most people could cope with accessing money from the ATM, because of an faux pas by my bank, then I couldn't use my bank card on the contact less beepy thing, I am a wheelchair user and had to call my bank multiple times. Oh my days, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly patient with me. God bless him, and thank you so much for everything. Good man.”

Lots of alcohol on offer, with lots to choose from. Also known as easy hours to us locals....”
