Friendly staff. The service is quick. Stylish interiors. There are not many tables inside (feels a bit crowded and stuffy), but the outside areas have good sitting options. “When I started ballet as a 40 year old adult I assumed I would find a class in which we would just have a bit of fun and not really learn much and not be challenged. How wrong I was. At Brighton Ballet School vocational students and adults are treated the same. We are challenged to work hard, to push ourselves, to find the best of ourselves and to never accept the words "I can't". Taking exams is an wonderful added extra which allows us to see how far we have come in our dancing. And as well as all this - we also have fun and make new friends. If you just want to muck around for an hour then I'd suggest other places. But if you wish to have fun, get fit and strong and unleash your inner ballet dancer then this school is for you.”

“I’ve been going to CH Barbers since I first discovered them in 2018. As they say, once you’ve found a good thing stick with it, that goes double for anyone doing your hair. They always do such a great job on my hair and beard. Cutting, clipper work, razor, steam towels, ear and nose wax, the works. They are always friendly, and chatty if you want and not if you don’t. Never walked out of there feeling anything less than fantastic.”

“We're in Brighton for our summer holiday and since we're zero-waste-fans from Cologne, I was keen to visit the "Store next door". The journey by bus uphill from the city centre was more than worth it!!! My daughter had lots of fun to watch the peanut butter machine do its magic and to go to the basement and look around. I also liked that they sell local and handmade products like the Brighton socks which I bought as a useful souvenir:) I can also highly recommend the whole neighborhood. We meant to stop real quick at the "Store", but there were so many different tiny shops that attracted our attention, we probably spent more than two hours in the Fiveways area :)”

“We were struggling to find our pup’s vet prescribed food anywhere in the country and not only did A Coombs have it in stock (their website has a very good availability indicator), it was priced competitively and they shipped it out post haste in fantastic packaging (vastly superior to Pets At Home). The team were responsive by email as we were so unsure they would actually have it in stock but indeed they did. A wonderful team and far better than the big chain stores.
