Also needed it relatively quickly to which we were also kindly assisted with (guiding us on when certain models and fabrics of furniture would be able to be delivered). Compared to other local stores this is a glowing beacon that I couldn't recommend any more. Great staff and great environment. Will be back in the future I'm sure.”

“Mark the senior salesman was very helpful in the initial sales and the sofa was delivered as promised before Xmas 2022. Although there was a slight problem with the sofa bed , the store manager Paul went more and above his job and fixed the problem on-site on a Sunday afternoon. Very appreciated the excellent pre and after sales service. Definitely 5 star service!!!!”

“We purchased an amazing sofa bed from Highly Sprung and it is indeed the best sofa bed in the world as their adverts say!!! Its a very stylish sofa and has a very unique opening mechnaism to turn it into a really comfortable generous sized double bed. The memory foam mattress is a joy to lie on. The only complaint I have is how do we make sure any guests don't over stay their welcome because they are too comfortable...? Delivery was punctual and well communicated so we really can't fault these guys. After shopping around and looking at all kinds of other sofa beds we are really pleased we found Highly Sprung. Its nice to support a smaller independant business too.”
