“Placed an order for some Sonny angels from this store. I emailed the shop to query if the Sonny angels were real, I received an email the next morning explaining that they are real and explained where the stock came from, they also answered another email I sent with another question and I received a reply within 10 minutes with a helpful answer. I am waiting for my order to arrive but the customer service was outstanding and I’m impressed with the stock of the Sonny angels, they have stock that no where else has and they aren’t extremely overpriced like other stores. Looking forward to my order arriving and will be ordering from here again.”

“I went into Kerrie Berrie a few weeks ago and picked out some lovely charms for my bracelet to be made and sent to me through the post(we don’t live locally and needed to head off after visiting the shop). The girls working were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. I emailed Kerrie Berrie after a slight issue on my part with my bracelet, Kerrie dealt with the matter so quickly, she was unbelievably helpful and understanding. I will definitely be visiting the shop again next time I visit Brighton.”

“Being a man and having no idea what to buy some family members I found myself in Pandora Worthing. Still having no clue what to buy a staff member asked me if I needed any help. I accepted the help and it was probably the best decision I made that day. After a brief explanation of what I maybe looking for (Irene) absolutely went out of her way with ideas and showing me many products. I’m only writing this review because I was overwhelmed with Irene’s knowledge on the products and she had like a built in super power to know exactly what styles would suit my needs. “Visited the Churchill Square store today and wanted to say what exceptional service we had from a member of staff, Peter (I hope that was his name) who helped my daughter find some baggy jeans. He went out of his way to understand what she liked and his knowledge of the styles was great. He was lovely and so helpful. Cool beans!”

“This is a review for H&M Churchill square Brighton. Browsed & chose few items to try on in store. Amy was working the fitting room & was helpful & smiling constantly. I purchased 4 items & was served at the till by Megan who asked if I had a card. I do have one but didnt have it on my phone so she kindly took my email details & looked me up which meant I get my points. Also she reminded me I will receive a voucher for my upcoming b'day. She was so lovely. Folded my garments neatly & I chatted with her & the colleague (Sabrina) who was on the till by her side. What wonderful customer service frm all staff. The shop was really busy but very tidy. I will definately return.”
