“They didn't have what I wanted (board shorts mens) however I was shown they have kids and women's swimming wear, no board shorts. As I was leaving, I checked out mens wear downstairs. I found shorts that at a push would be suitable for swimming in as they have a net liner. Not sure if the staff knew their products shorts to swim in”

“Prior experience of the shop haven't been great, but, I was really surprised during my most recent visit. I went in search of football boots. I have big wide feet so actually this is a challenge. Stock levels of size 12s isn't great. I picked three up and none in my size. Store assistants apologized and then looked to see what was in stock. I explained about my side feet and said ok I know what will fit you. Came back with a pair that fitted perfectly. Checked to make sure I was happy and obviously I bought them. Lady at the till was really smiley and very pleasant in serving me. Great experience there. Thank you!”

“After having my ears blasted by JD Sports around the corner. We walked in and no music, we could then discuss what we wanted to buy without the whole world hearing. We were assisted by an assistant called Paul. After pulling out several boxes of trainers we finally found what we wanted. I cannot express enough how helpful Paul was in ensuring I had the correct fitting trainers, and the ones that were suitable for the use I wanted them for. All the staff in the shop were so so helpful. What a difference in attitude from the shop around the corner.”
