“Booked to stay at this Youth hostel - single occupancy of a bunk room (2 beds) - light for each bed - stool - not much hanging space and a bit cramped for two who perhaps do not know each other I was in room 11 - shower, basin and toilet was literally next door which I did not have to share I am a long life YHA member but got 10% off They do ask for photo id - but I did not have this but did have my old membership card Signed in and out - For security you ring the door bell to get in first time and after that you are given a code - reception open from 4 pm to 10 pm I think”

“After scouring Bath for live music for NYE and failing miserably we ended up at the Devonshire Arms. A bit of a locals pub but we were accepted and greater whole heartedly. Live music was good fun although they certainly won't be going pro anytime soon! Good beer and a bit of a spread put on for NYE. Landlord made us feel very welcome and even apologised for charging us entry! Made some new friends and had a throughly enjoyable time. Would recommend!”

“Friendly staff and locals. Very reasonably priced drinks - change from a fiver for a coke and cider. Could not get a Berry cider, so they did a thatchers gold with shot of blackcurrant, nice :)”

“A pub/Chinese restaurant with lots more, food is top notch and beer garden is amazing, had our wedding reception in the function room and it couldn't have been done better, eight stars from me.”

“I’ve eaten here before and felt confident ordering the steak pie, mum had the chicken and leak pie. On this occasion the pastry on the pie bases and lids was soft/soggy and we didn’t eat it. We did let the server know but said we’d eat the rest of the meal as we were time restricted today. Glad we had 40% off though as paying full price would have definitely sent both pies back. 2nd review - Sept 25 We were invited back by the manager. This visit was totally different. We both had the pies again and this time they were fabulous. Crusty pastry, veg was good, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. On this visit we would definitely eat here again. Thank you to the Folly staff, Manager and chef.”

“Always very helpful staff, huge variety of stock on hand and will stock speciality items on request. Long opening hours but always greeted with a smile when I go there. Also provides PayPoint services.”

“A really excellent and personal service. Rather than ordering a Condolence Book online, I decided to call the store. My enquiry was dealt with completely personally and a member of staff talked me through the range in great detail. I was then called back to have payment taken, The book was despatched immediately and arrived the next day. I was told it could also be returned if not suitable. I fully recommend this company.”

A lovely staff member took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process easy and safe.The cocktails were absolutely outstanding! “I recently did the 8 day Split return with Go Croatia Sail on the Navigator cruise. I literally had zero complaints the entire trip. Hannah and Daphne were the most lovely reps and they really made the trip for me. The Crew on board were equally as amazing and always took us to the most unreal swim spots, and the food was incredible. I really recommend the Korčula wine tasting organised through Go Croatia Sail, as well as seeing Mljet National Park. I was a solo traveller on this boat but it was so easy to make friends and I will 100% be returning in the future!!”

“Got to give these guys a big thumbs up. Have brought 2 paddleboard kits from them this year. Each time great service, fast delivery, no issues. Great value quality products. Today at 1.30 in the morning (insomniac) I ordered a Carbon Fibre paddle £129. No issues. This morning shortly after they opened I had an email to say item was packaged and sent to dispatch. Then just after this I had a marketing email to say its St Patrick's Day and a 10% discount code. I wrote a tongue in cheek email, to try my luck see if they would give me a voucher towards my next purchase as I missed the deal by ordering out of hours. Just had a return email to say they refunded the 10% back to my card. They didn't need to do that, great products, great support.”

“Booked a table at the Yeoman and received a booking email. When I got to the pub, no table was reserved for me; however, it was busy, so they said I could pick a window table in the lower area of the pub. The food was amazing and delivered fast to use and Tom was nice. I will be returning!”
