I had a problem for a few months, asked them to check during my MOT and they found it straight away and told me over the phone because it was there all day (my choice). As it is a busy garage, I had to book a slot a week later to fix the problem and they were quick (sat and waited this time), no hidden agendas and they even showed me the dodgy part they replaced, spot on! Craig is so decent and has been really kind in accommodating me when I have booked in last minute in the past. I also once brought my car in to get checked after being involved in a minor collision and he wouldn’t take any money from me for giving it a look over which I’ll always remember. Decent garages can be hard to find and, as a woman, can be intimidating but I’ve never felt uncomfortable going to Craig and always know my car will be in great hands. Thanks so much!”

They also have a wide range of mods, batteries, chargers, coils and coil building sets. Basically everything you could need. Nicely laid out shop with everything you could need regarding vaping all under 1 roof. And their prices are really good. Next time I'm in I'll take some pics to post as it's really cool inside. “What can I say,after being let down by Servicing Stop the day before my car being picked up for a service and MOT,I went online and these guys came up with availability, unfortunately when I booked and confirmed,I got a call from them saying they were fully booked for the following day but then said,give me 5 minutes and I'll call you back,a couple of minutes later I got the call and was very happy,they squeezed me in for service and MOT,top blokes and very hospitable,was shown the waiting area and offered a coffee,in fact had 2,car failed on a minor so Lucas got on phone to suppliers who had what they needed for car,so whilst service was being done the part turned up,Lucas showed me the part replaced through deterioration, service done,part fitted,back through MOT,PASS,I can't thank or RECOMMEND these guys enough.Thank you Team Car Aid,have already recommended you to friends and family.”

“Had already called at one garage and was told - you need front pads, discs and caliper needed taking apart. I saw £ signs. On the off chance I called in on Village Autos. They could check the car straight away. I was given a lift home and was told they would ring me if it was more than changing the pads. Couple of hours later I received a call to say my car was ready. £45, I supplied the pads. Once again, I was picked up and taken to collect my car. Customer service was great, along with advice given. There are very few garages like this left. Well done all. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Many thanks.”
